Designed for bi-directional (card-in/card-out) access control, the SU4000 offers highly reliable mechanics and the latest electronics, including user definable audio messages and alarms and a color screen that displays user definable images and video.
Alvarado’s sophisticated optics and state of the art programming eliminate false alarms. Unauthorized people are detected if they tailgate or enter the passage lane without authorization. The SU4000 is also flawless mechanically. It is designed to open and close quietly and smoothly, through millions of cycles.
The SU4000’s high resolution TFT display can be used to greet guests and provide employee reminders. Messages and sounds can be personalized and are easily changed over a TCP/IP network using the included GateKeeper configuration application. GateKeeper replaces traditional switchboard control panels, allowing remote control and monitoring of all SU4000 units from a single networked desktop PC. The use of a modern TCP/IP protocol also provides a connectivity platform which will allow the SU4000 to interface with future TCP/IP based building system protocols.
The SU4000 is offered in standard sized 22” or 36” lane openings. Shared center cabinets are available and center cabinets can be 22” on one side and 36” on the other. Glass sizes can be low (cabinet height) or high, (6’ high).
Standard cabinets are satin finished stainless steel with a solid surface lid material. Alternate cabinet and lid materials and finishes are available, such as fine wood cabinets and marble or quartz lids. Proximity and/or biometric readers can be integrated with the SU4000.
